transformative psychotherapy & coaching
for individuals and couples
depth-oriented • relational • experiential
A reflective space to slow down,
connect with the truth of your moment, and listen more deeply to what’s unfolding.
You may be arriving here because something in your life no longer fits the way it once did. Perhaps a loss, a transition, or a quiet sense of malaise has left you feeling unmoored. A relationship that is important to you is stuck. Or maybe identities or strategies that once carried you—achievement, caretaking, being liked, getting it right—no longer bring the meaning or relief they once did.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who sense that something in their lives is ready to shift, deepen, or be understood in a new way.
My work offers a space to listen more deeply to your own inner experience. Together, we engage therapy and coaching as a form of creative and existential inquiry — one that is also deeply psychological and, at times, spiritual.
This is not about fixing what is broken. It’s about becoming more available to what’s already here, and discovering the freedom, choice, and aliveness that can emerge from that contact.

MY APPROACH
A Different Way of Working
My work is grounded in presence, dialogue, and real-time awareness. I draw from Gestalt therapy, parts-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems, existential psychotherapy, and coaching. These are not techniques to apply, but orientations that support honest contact, curiosity, intentionality, and choice.
Sessions are co-created and shaped by what is alive in the moment. I don’t push outcomes or follow a predetermined agenda. Instead, I trust that when you are supported to stay present with your experience—without judgment or pressure—you naturally begin to see more clearly, feel more agency, and relate to your life with greater freedom.
Clients often describe this work as both supportive and challenging. I aim to offer warmth, honesty, and respectful challenge—inviting you to speak truthfully, take responsibility for your life, and engage the deeper questions of meaning that may be asking for your attention.
This approach is best suited for people who feel generally stable and are seeking depth-oriented, reflective support. I’m not the right fit for acute mental health crises or higher-level clinical care.
